TRAINING AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
For teams to perform well, field training is a major focus of employee development and growth in our companies.
To lead on an ambitious training policy is one of our top priorities. The AGS Group has complimented its existing and traditional training programmes by the creation of a training body in 2016 for mid-sized company through the ALETIA brand.
Through this initiative, we offer training and development adapted to the functioning and challenges of a mid-sized company.
