AGS was our local agent when moving with a container from Switzerland to Rwanda. The container delayed a lot in Dar es Salaam (not sure whose fault that was) and communication with the AGS team was quite difficult. Once the container arrived in Rwanda however, the delivery and unpacking service was smooth with a great team.

AGS Rwanda did not provide good service to me as AGS Kenya. The packing was poorly done, more like stuffing thank packing which resulted in claimable damage. Speed of execution was also poor resulting in constant follow up and frustration
