Mobilitas SA, holding company of AGS, with registered office address: 14, rue Denis Papin, 95250 Beauchamp, France, will be known within these terms as AGS.
Cancellation of the contract
Except in the event of force majeure, if the customer cancels the order or if AGS is found to be in default, the injured party shall be entitled to compensation. Said compensation shall be one-third of the price of the removal if the injured party is notified more than three full days prior to the commencement of the removal and one-half of said price if less notice is given.
Security
AGS cannot be held responsible/liable for security breaches occurring on the user's electronic device (i.e. Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Internet or make transactions on the Website), which may result due to lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware, that the user may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.
Please note that under NO circumstances are any of our clients Credit Card details kept by AGS. Credit Card Transactions are acquired by BNP Paribas SA, a registered system operator and payment gateway in France, providing you with secure access to the online payment facility.
