Becoming an IPATA member
IPATA is an international network of pet relocation specialists, with suppliers who work together to provide professional pet transportation services worldwide.
As an IPATA member, our team works directly with pet owners to provide door-to-door pet shipping services, including import/export permits, crates, ground transport and/or booking flights.
AGS Kenya is now listed in the public IPATA Pet Shippers Directory. Pet owners looking for accredited pet shipping support in Kenya can search the directory by airport, country, and species.
Through IPATA, we are registered with IPATA-compliant organisations within Kenya and adhere to the rules and regulations of the International Air Transport Association’s Live Animals Regulations. These organisations include Pets Paradise Limited, Small Five Vet Clinic and Yoani Yapperville. As a pet owner, you can enjoy peace of mind knowing that your furry companion is in the safe hands of pet relocation professionals.

We understand that your pet is an important part of your family. Our team coordinates its relocation with the utmost care and effort to ensure the journey is as comfortable and efficient as possible – from collection through to delivery to your residence at the destination.
We offer the full range of pet shipping services:
- Good health certificate: Issued and endorsed by an authorised veterinarian within five to 10 days of your pet’s travel date.

- Customs clearance: Requires presenting verified animal health documents, permits and microchip records upon arrival or departure.
