AGS may ask you for personal information which is required to process your request.  Other personal information may be optional and is collected to enable us to provide a customized estimate.

In accordance with Article 27 of Law "Informatique et Libertés of 6 January 1978” modified in 2004, information required by AGS and its suppliers in order to process and fulfill your orders is marked with an asterisk on the application forms.

AGS agrees not to sell the personal information collected through the use of the site under any circumstances. AGS collects this information through the use of cookies on the AGS websites or through application forms completed by the user.

Newsletter and other e-mailing

AGS offers a free subscription to a newsletter and other mailings. Subscribers receive AGS information regarding transport and international moving on a regular basis.

To provide you with more relevant information, your activity (clicks and requests) on the newsletter and mailers can be analyzed.

The subscriber can send an email to unsubscribe@agsmovers.com to unsubscribe from the mailings at any time.

Other tools and communications

As part of our commercial relationship and service practice, we will need to contact you by e-mail and phone for several reasons including and not limited to: confirmation of your request, making an appointment for a visit, sending a quotation and to confirm receipt of your documents.

According to Article 34 of Law 78-17 of 6 January, 1978 "Informatique et Libertés", you have the right to access, modify, correct or delete your personal data. You can exercise this right by logging into your personal portal, or by sending an e-mail to confidential[@]agsmovers.com.
