Dear Colleagues,
AGS Four Winds Vietnam is proud to announce the addition of its new records management services division, for the storage of physical and electronic documents. Records management requires exceptional organization and structured methodology with the necessary resources. By outsourcing records management, clients can focus on the more important parts of their business.
AGS Four Winds specializes in on- or off-site storage and physical management of records, auditing, training and the digital management of records. We work in accordance with international quality standards of the industry. Our services include:
• Auditing and practical advice for tailor-made records management solutions.

• On-site sorting and handling, inventory creation. We provide containers and packing materials designed especially for our clients’ needs. Records are stored anonymously in a dedicated high security warehouse.
• We use high-tech image capturing software and image processing on-site which allows us to do bulk digitalization of all document formats.
• Our electronic records management system is specially developed by our engineers to meet all our clients’ needs, and is compatible with all platforms. No installation is needed.
