Our profession is greatly reliant on manpower. For the past ten years, the main objective of our Human Resources Division has been to provide sufficient manpower to support the strong development of our company.
We introduce in our Group young graduates with little or no experience. Currently the most popular method of starting a career within the Group is with the widely used French V.I.E. program (Voluntary International Employment).
Nevertheless, we have several opportunities for redeployed military personnel, with qualifications, to manage any one of our branches. For them, as well as for our other employees, we are developing a training policy which promotes opportunities for advancement. Initially, a practical orientation period in one of our Branches is essential in order to familiarise the trainee with all aspects of our activities. It is therefore imperative for the trainee to be able to relocate internationally.
Our future employees are encouraged to adopt our strong and ethical values, which are: tolerance, equity, commitment, solidarity and expertise. Apart from these required qualities, it is necessary for the candidates to master the English language. A second foreign language is an added advantage, especially if it is Spanish or Portuguese.
Future managers wishing to develop in one of our French network branches are required to have attained a Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) International Transport.
