The Top 12 Management Performances award programme recently kicked off with the announcement of the leading performers for 2010. Our attention now turns to evaluating 2011, with a trip to Athens up for grabs for the top 12 in 2012.
This award will take place annually and is a chance for managers across the Mobilitas group to be rewarded for excellent performance, not only financially, but across the many facets of a manager’s responsibility.

Clarification of the rules:
In countries, where there are several branches or offices:
• Nigeria participates as a country, the Country Manager is judged.
• India participates as a country, the Country Manager is judged.
• China is divided into three groups:
| |
o North - Beijing/Tianjin
o Central - Shanghai/Wuhan/Chengdu/Chongqing
o South - Guangzhou/Shenzhen
The manager of the overseeing entity will be judged on the performance of the offices in the regional group. |
|
• In Cameroon, Yaoundé and Douala are judged separately.
• In France, each branch is judged on its own.
• In South Africa, each branch is judged on its own.
• Each Pelichet branch in Switzerland and France is judged on its own.
|
Record management and storage will be included in the figures for Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique and Reunion in 2011. For Jakarta, record management and storage was already taken into account in 2010.
Bucharest: the European coordination will be taken into account in 2011.
Record management and storage will not be taken into account in the figures for the African branches where it is being launched in 2011. It will be taken into account in 2012.
Relocation will not be taken into account in the figures for the African branches where it is being launched in 2011. It will be taken into account in 2012.
Exception: branches where record management and storage and relocation is an integral part of the monthly management accounts, and which do not have cost centres of their own, will be judged on their performance as a whole.
The long weekend in 2012, to reward the best performances of 2011, will take place in the beautiful, historical city of Athens, Greece.
|
A Guest Book will be started in 2011 and each year the selected managers will add a page on the reasons for their success.
Wishing you the best of luck on your road to excellence this year.
Kind regards
Alain Taïeb
