Our Chairman’s Commitment

Since its inception in 1974, the family-owned company AGS-MOBILITAS, has been loyal to its core values: quality, performance, respect, innovation and solidarity. By means of these values, AGS-MOBILITAS aspires to professional excellence and an exemplary social conscience.

It therefore gives me pride and pleasure to confirm, for the second consecutive year,
AGS-MOBILITAS and its subsidiaries’ membership to the UN Global Compact, and our continued
support of its Ten Principles, which have always been endorsed by our company.

We publicly pledge to the United Nations to promote human rights, respect labour rights,
protect the environment and fight corruption in all aspects of our activities as well as share
these values with our partners and promote them within our sphere of influence.

Areas for improvement will be defined and various actions will be taken in the years to come.
Progress on these activities will form the basis of regular communications to inform on
measures taken, evaluate progress and promote the concept amongst those companies that
have not yet joined.
