AGS Four Winds, a Market Leader in the Philippines |
AGS Four Winds is expanding rapidly in Asia, and is proud to announce the acquisition earlier this year of Executive International Movers (EIM). |
EIM was formed in 1951 as Delbros International Moving, Inc. In 2000, after becoming Executive International Movers, Inc., the company moved into warehouse and office facilities in Pasig, which enabled the company to have direct access to major traffic routes, as well as to its clients.
AGS Four Winds' reason for entering the Philippine market is based on three main factors. First, to pursue |

the AGS Group’s ongoing commitment to satisfy our clients’ demands for service excellence at both ends of their relocation. Secondly, by acquiring EIM, an already FAIM and ISO 9002 certified company and a proud member of IAM (International Association of Movers), BAR (British Association of Removals) and FEMA (Far East Movers Association), this was the next logical step in sustaining the AGS Four Winds policy of quality services. Finally, in 2007, the International Monetary Fund declared the Philippines the 37th largest economy in the world. With a growth rate of 7.3% in 2007, this is the best that the Philippines had seen in 30 years.
Now a member of the AGS Group and therefore integrated into the AGS worldwide network, AGS Four Winds Philippines benefits from the experience of its Managing Director, Chris Ward. Chris occupied the position of Executive Director for the Australian/New Zealand Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines. Chris undertook a consultancy role for the Quality Control of three moving companies in the Philippines, and thereafter joined EIM as the Managing Director in early 2005.
AGS Four Winds Philippines has first class staff, premises and equipment and provides complete removals services in the Philippines' two main hubs, Manila and Cebu, covering the entire archipelago. AGS Four Winds Philippines also boasts an impressive portfolio of clients, for example, various embassies and Fortune 500 corporate clients.
Comprising of 40 employees at Cebu and Manila, AGS Four Winds Philippines has warehouses that offer a total of 3,350m² of storage space, and both branches are equipped with 250 AGS Asian Liftvans, ideal for intra-city removals as they allow the smaller trucks greater access. Our professional teams undergo yearly training sessions to ensure the quality of our services, for which the AGS Group has become renowned. Our branch in Manila is FAIM accredited, and both branches are ISO certified. AGS Four Winds Philippines offers a vast range of services for international and domestic household goods removals , office

removals, pet moves, motor vehicle shipments, records management and short - and long - term storage solutions.
It is a privilege to have Chris Ward and his team be a part of the AGS Group. We are sure that with his help and the dedication of his team, we will strengthen and extend our presence in the Philippines and in the greater Asian market. |

AGS Expands Again With AGS Four Winds Indonesia |
Once again, the growth of AGS Four Winds is gaining more momentum with the buy-out of Move Well in Jakarta, Indonesia. |
AGS Four Winds now operates with 20 branches in 9 Asian countries, and globally, the AGS Group offers its clients a network of 119 branches in 79 countries.
Formerly known as Move Well and now rebranded as AGS Four Winds Indonesia, our new subsidiary in Jakarta employs over 60 highly professional staff members and has fully operational facilities. The company has modern offices in the CBD with a warehouse of approximately 1000m² for the household goods division, and another warehouse located at the heart of the CBD which is fully equipped to handle the records management division (over 60.000 records storage boxes).
Move Well was first formed in 1996 by a number of removal industry professionals, all having long-term experience in Asia. Move Well grew steadily over the years and, in addition to its high quality services for all household goods removals, Move Well also acquired a reputation as a market leader in office relocation and records management.
Owing to Move Well’s successful and established operations, AGS Four Winds can offer a complete range of world class services to the entire archipelago.
Indonesia is the largest archipelago in the world with more than 13,600 islands, approximately 240 million inhabitants and spans over 5000km from east to west. |
AGS Four Winds Indonesia’s clients are similar to those of AGS Four Winds, and the branch counts amongst its clients a number of embassies and diplomatic missions, corporate and private clients. Although AGS Four Winds is an international removals specialist, much of the Group’s activity includes domestic moves.
AGS Four Winds Indonesia is very fortunate to have a professional and dedicated team of people who have been with the company for over ten years. The expertise and knowledge of the local market held by these employees, coupled with the AGS Group’s network and the shared values of quality service and client satisfaction, guarantees that the integration of AGS Four Winds and Move Well will be a successful process. These two companies are a perfect combination and future growth is a certainty.
The new General Manager of AGS Four Winds Indonesia, Arnaud de Bodard, has been with AGS for over 8 years. Arnaud was with AGS as a sales manager in Prague, Czech Republic, for 2 years. Thereafter, he occupied various positions throughout Africa and Eastern Europe. Arnaud de Bodard’s last assignment was the management of AGS Barcelona, where he remained for 5 years. Arnaud arrived in Jakarta in early September to assess Move Well’s compatibility with AGS’ quality standards and ensure the successful integration of this established company into the AGS Group.
On this note, AGS warmly welcomes all Move Well staff and wishes our new colleagues all the best and much success for the future with AGS.

AGS – A Worldwide Leader in Relocations |
The AGS Group proudly announces the opening of its Relocations division, and we are delighted that we can offer a complete range of international relocation and removal services. |
In August 2008, our Relocations division was established first in Delhi and Mumbai, India, and is now fully operational.
The Relocations industry in India, more specifically Mumbai, is still very young. However, the increasing interest in India shown by large corporates is reflected in the growing need for and use of relocation services. With AGS Relocations, we will make a difference to all our clients moving to India. Moving to India can be a culture shock, with the constant hustle and bustle, noise, large crowds and fierce haggling. As a foreigner, you may arrive with many questions, much anticipation and a little bit of uncertainty. For these and many other reasons, we feel that the AGS Relocation Consultant holds the key which unlocks the door to a new and pleasant experience in a country, like India, much unlike a foreigner’s homeland.
AGS Four Winds Relocation offers a number of comprehensive Relocation Management Solutions, such as orientation, inter-cultural training, total support, temporary accommodation assistance, rental accommodation assistance, settling-in services, departure services, and the arrangement of visas, work permits and residence permits.
AGS Four Winds Delhi and Mumbai offer a number of brochures and z-cards with informative guidelines to enable newcomers to find their way around, including all the appropriate contacts for their every need. Personal guided assistance will also be provided throughout each step of the relocation process, and with that, expert advice and solutions for all questions and needs.
